Fall 2017 Bringing Many Changes!

There are several substantial changes coming to AYSO soccer in Fall 2017, including a new way to name and define age divisions, changes at 8U and 10U to improve player development, a new web site for player registration, and (eventually) a new web site to take the place of this site.  Please see our Law, Policy, and Registration Changes 2016/2017 page for more information.

12U EXTRA Tryouts *** RESCHEDULED for Tuesday, 8/15, 6pm to 8pm ***

We will hold tryouts for both a 12U boys EXTRA team and a 12U girls EXTRA team on Friday, 8/11 Tuesday, 8/15, from 6pm to approximately 8pm at LaSalle Fields in Oak Ridge.  An EXTRA team is one that will travel more extensively than a core program team, will play non-AYSO teams, and may enter more tournaments than a core program AYSO team.  Although all registered 12U players are eligible to try out, not all players are guaranteed to make the EXTRA team.  Interested players should come to the field by 5:45 to be signed in, and should wear clothes and equipment suitable for a practice (i.e., shin guards with socks over them and cleats, but not their AYSO jerseys).  Be sure to bring water.  Players must be registered and have paid their registration fee for the appropriate 12U-B or 12U-G division within our new registration site to take part in the tryout.  Please send questions about the tryout to the tryout coordinator, Philip Roth, at philip.roth@aysoregion390.org.
