We will do Basic Referee Training on Saturday, February 23, at First Presbyterian Church in Oak Ridge (1051 Oak Ridge Turnpike). Training starts promptly at 8:30am and we expect to be finished by 5:00pm.  We will provide light breakfast food and lunch.  Training will involve field work (wear appropriate clothes/shoes), classroom work, and we will give the AYSO Regional Referee Exam.  We will cover everything you need to know to pass this exam during the day's training.  The training is open to adults and youth at least 12 years old.  Participants *must* register as AYSO volunteer and enroll in the course at http://aysou.org before attending.  Training will be cancelled if there are fewer than 3 people enrolled by 5pm on Thursday 2/21.  See http://www.aysoregion390.org/volunteer/referee-training for more information about this course, including how to enroll for it.  If you have questions, or have trouble enrolling online for the course, please contact Philip Roth at philip.roth@aysoregion390.org.
