Region 390 will offer the Basic Referee Online Companion Course on Saturday, March 4.  The training will start promptly at 8:30am at LaSalle Fields in Oak Ridge.  Later in the morning we will move to the new AYSO Region 390 office at 328 Robertsville Road for some classroom work and to take the exam.  (For youth participants, a parent or guardian must transport the youth to the office.)  We expect to be finished by 1:00pm.  The training is open to adults and youth at least 10 years old. Before attending this in-person training, all participants must do three things online: complete Safe Haven at http://www.aysotraining.org, complete the Basic Referee Online Training at http://www.aysotraining.org, and enroll for the in-person training at www.eayso.org, roster number 201700383 ('Basic Referee Online Companion Course').  The training will be cancelled if there are fewer than three enrolled in eAYSO by 5pm on Thursday, 3/2.  Watch this site for notification of cancellation.  If you are a volunteer from a region other than Region 390 (Oak Ridge), please bring $10 to defray the cost of training materials. Please direct questions about this training to Philip Roth at philip.roth@aysoregion390.org.  See http://www.aysoregion390.org/volunteer/referee-training for more information about how to take this course.
