Region 390 will host both the AYSO Basic Referee Course and the AYSO Intermediate Referee Course in August.  Both courses will be held at First Presbyterian Church in Oak Ridge, 1051 Oak Ridge Turnpike, Oak Ridge, TN 37830.  The Basic Referee Course (this is the full day course, not the Online Companion Course) will start promptly at 8:30am on Saturday, August 13, and we expect to finish by 4:00pm including administration of the Basic Referee exam.  This course is open to adults and youth 10 years old and older.  The Intermediate Referee Course will start at 8:00am on Saturday, August 20, and we expect to finish by 6pm including administration of the Intermediate Referee exam, and we strongly recommend participants already hold the AYSO Regional Referee certification, and recommend minimum age of at least 14 years old.  Both courses involve classroom work and some field work, so dress appropriately.  Participants must register for courses ahead of time at http://www.eAYSO.org using the appropriate roster number - 201603293 for the Basic Referee Course, and 201603285 for the Intermediate Referee Course.  Each course will be cancelled if fewer than 3 are registered for the course in eAYSO by 5pm on the Thursday before the course.  Please send questions to philip.roth@aysoregion390.org.
