Tips for Easy Registration

Important: all registration forms are now online.  You can fill out the form online during a Registration Event at the AYSO office, but you will save time by registering online beforehand.

If you are a returning player, use the same parent/guardian information and password as last time so that the system can link your account. 

Complete all sections and e-sign the registration online or on your phone. Be sure to check the boxes for the 3 waivers, and complete your e-signature carefully.

Pay registration fee securely using a credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express). To pay by cash or check, complete the form up to the Payment step, then pay during the registration event.

Print two copies of Page 1 of the registration form, plus a copy of your receipt, and bring them to a registration event.  


$47.50 per season + $17.50 yearly AYSO National Membership Fee (covers Fall/Spring)


If you need to buy a uniform, shin guards, or a ball, they are available during our registration events. Please pay for equipment by cash or check.
