Registration fees for the Fall 2011 Season are as follows:
Region 390 is open to boys and girls who are of the age 4 to 18 prior
to the Fall-Spring season, which starts August 1st. Participation in AYSO has no preconditions, other
than reasonable health, provided we have sufficient volunteers to staff a team.
Registration is on a first come, first served basis. Should we have more
players registered than we have openings, then the last players registered will
be placed on a waiting list. If an opening occurs, they will be placed on a
team. If they cannot be placed on a team, the registration fee will be
refunded.

U19 and U16 girls play together as a U19 team. If there are insufficient registrations for U16 Boys,
then U19 and U16 Boys will play together. U6 and U5 are coed. All other divisions have boys teams and girls teams.
We place children based on the following:
Player rankings, to balance each team
Do they have a sibling (same age, same gender) they need to stay with?
Schedule requests (we place them on a team that practices on a day they can be there)
Transportation needs (do they need to carpool)
Requests may be made, but are not guaranteed for anything other than these 4 reasons.
Requests to move a child to an older division requires the permission of the Regional Commissioner.
Refund Policy
Due to costs that are incurred by the Region based on the number of players who
register for a season, the Refund Policy is as follows:
If team formation (or placement onto a team from the Waiting List) has
not taken place, then a full refund of registration fees is given.
If team formation (or placement onto a team from the Waiting List) has
taken place, then a Refund of Registration Fees minus $15.00 is given, as long as the request is made
prior to the first game or the Jamboree.
After the first game, there will be NO REFUND.
Uniform Refunds are given only if the uniform has not been washed,
and after the uniform is returned to the Region 390 Equipment Director.
The Equipment Director will contact the Treasurer to issue the refund, based
on confirmation that the uniform has not been washed.
All requests for refunds must be made to the Registrar at:
